(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): and state that the Fund invested in Unicon Industries Ltd, by acquiring 1,701,692 number of ordinary shares at cost of Tk. 10 per share revalued the share as on 31 December 2022 at Tk. 13.19 by applying discounted cash flow method. The projection made in determining projected cash flows and discount rate for calculating the value of the share may have uncertainties. (cont.8)
