(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): by acquiring 1,716,165 number of ordinary shares at cost of Tk. 22.99 per share and revalued the shares as on 31 December 2022 at 49.22 by applying discounted cash flow method. The projection made in determining projected cash flows and the discount rate for determining the value of the shares may have uncertainties. The face value per shares is Tk. 10 whereas NAV per share as per last available audited Financial Statement (cont.10)
