(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): The AMC entered into an agreement with JO Holdings Limited on December 28, 2022 to sale all the shares held by the fund in Rangpur Distilleries & Chemicals Ltd. at a gain of 5% over the cost i.e. 13.125 per shares. The Fund received a postdated cheque number 5471088 (date 25 July 2023) value Taka 14,369,538.75 from JO Holdings Limited against sales proceeds of the said shares. (cont.12)
