The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus shares for the year ended on June 30, 2020 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on January 10, 2021 and 2% Cash Dividend (without Sponsors) with fractional bonus shares amount has transferred to shareholder's account through BEFTN. The Company also informed that in case of any shareholder account is not available for Online Transfer & BEFTN they are requested to communicate with Company's share department to collect dividend warrant.
