NHFIL Record Date Disclosure

The Company has requested the shareholders to update their respective BO Accounts with 12 digits e-TIN number and e-mail ID before the Record Date. If any shareholder fails to update his/her BO Account with the e-TIN disbursement of his/her dividend will be subject to deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) @ 15% instead of 10% (for individual) as per Section 54 of the amended Income Tax Ordinance, 1984.

কোম্পানি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুরোধ করেছে রেকর্ড তারিখের আগে 12 সংখ্যার ই-টিআইএন নম্বর এবং ই-মেইল আইডি সহ তাদের নিজ নিজ BO অ্যাকাউন্ট আপডেট করতে। যদি কোনো শেয়ারহোল্ডার তার/তার লভ্যাংশের ই-টিআইএন বিতরণের সাথে তার/তার বিও অ্যাকাউন্ট আপডেট করতে ব্যর্থ হন তবে এর ধারা 54 অনুযায়ী 10% (ব্যক্তিগত জন্য) এর পরিবর্তে 15% অগ্রিম আয়কর (AIT) কাটতে হবে। সংশোধিত আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ, 1984।
