NHFIL Corporate Disclosure — 25 October 2022

The Company informed that the Board of Directors has decided to commence Shariah compliant business operations under Islamic Finance window, subject to the approval of Bangladesh Bank and other relevant Regulatory Authorities. The operation of Shariah compliant business will run simultaneously with existing conventional operations.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে ইসলামিক ফাইন্যান্স উইন্ডোর অধীনে শরীয়াহ সম্মত ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম শুরু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। শরীয়াহ সম্মত ব্যবসার কার্যক্রম বিদ্যমান প্রচলিত কার্যক্রমের সাথে একযোগে চলবে।
