The Company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2013 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on July 03, 2014 (except fractional shares). The Company has also advised Jamuna Bank Ltd. to disburse the cash dividend to the respective shareholders' Bank Accounts on July 03, 2014. The payment of sale proceeds of fractional shares will be dispatch shortly.
