The Company has informed that their dividend account has been frozen vide Financial Institution Matter No 01 of 2019 since February 2020; so they are not in a position to disburse cash dividend to General Shareholder. The company is suspecting a hearing of the suite in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh next week. As soon as the Honorable Court pass an order to open the dividend account, they will disburse the same at the earliest.
