Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.03.2020 regarding "Further Extension of Shutdown of the mill, the Company has further informed that they have received the Judgment of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh High Court Division on the matter of Financial Institution Matter 01 of 2019 dated March 03, 2020 which is self explanatory. In consideration of the above Judgment dated March 03, 2020 as all Bank accounts of the Company to free for regular transaction. (cont.)
