(Continuation news of NORTHERN): But the Court, further asking to submit some additional papers/documents and accordingly they have submitted the same. They are expecting that the Writ Petition may be heard on March 01, 2020. In consideration of the above, the Board of Directors further decided to extend the shutdown of the mill up to March 01, 2020 as they are not in a position to pay wages, party payments as their all bank accounts were frozen.
