The Company has informed that as per Order of the Honorable High Court dated January 22, 2020, on "Financial Institution Matter No. 1 of 2019", the Governor of Bangladesh Bank has directed to freeze all of Bank accounts of the Company maintained with different banks and accordingly all the bank accounts of the Company has been frozen. As a result, the Company couldn't realize any export proceeds from their exports. (cont.)
