(Continuation news of NORTHERN): the joint shareholding position of the Sponsors and Directors of the Company will only be 14.06%. This will be a noncompliance of the BSEC Directive No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/119/Admin Dated November 22, 2011 regarding holding of minimum 30% shares by the Sponsors and Directors of any listed Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will take decision in the next Board of Directors meeting which will be held in the middle of next month. (end)
