The Company has informed that the Islamic Development Bank which is holding 30% shares of Northern Jute Manufacturing Company Limited, is willing to resign voluntarily from the Board of Directors of Northern Jute Manufacturing Company Limited. The Company has further informed that the currently the joint shareholding proportion of the Sponsors and Directors of the Company is 44.06% which includes 30% shares of Islamic Development Bank.
