NORTHERN Corporate Disclosure — 5 June 2023

This is for information of all concerned that DSE sent a query letter regarding unusual hike in price and volume of shares to Northern Jute Manufacturing Co. Ltd. on May 29, 2023 via email and through courier as well. However as of today, the company has not provided any response to the query. Moreover, the letter that was sent to the company's address at DH Tower, 6 Panthapath, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215 was not delivered.

এটি সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য যে ডিএসই 29 মে, 2023 তারিখে নর্দার্ন জুট ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং কোং লিমিটেডকে ইমেলের মাধ্যমে এবং কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমেও শেয়ারের দাম এবং পরিমাণে অস্বাভাবিক বৃদ্ধির বিষয়ে একটি প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠিয়েছে। তবে আজ অবধি, সংস্থাটি এই প্রশ্নের কোনও প্রতিক্রিয়া দেয়নি। তাছাড়া ডিএইচ টাওয়ার, 6 পান্থপথ, কারওয়ান বাজার, ঢাকা-1215-এ কোম্পানির ঠিকানায় যে চিঠি পাঠানো হয়েছিল তাও ডেলিভারি করা হয়নি।
