(Continuation news of NORTHRNINS): deferred tax liability has been recognized for Tk. 78,472,503 with the corresponding adjustment to revaluation reserve and retained earnings. Detailed calculation has been shown under note no. 5, 6 & 18.2.1. According to the IAS 16, Para 41, amount of the revaluation reserve transferred would be the difference between depreciation based on the revalued carrying amount of the asset and depreciation based on the asset's original cost.
