The Company has informed that a total 2,71,572 shares of Late Hamidul Haq, a Sponsor shareholder of Northern General Insurance Co. Ltd., will be transmitted to his successors (sisters and brothers) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court: (1) 1,14,896 shares to Rokeya Sultana, (2) 1,14,896 shares to Shamsun Nahar, (3) 20,890 shares to Mohammed Solaiman and (4) 20,890 shares to Enamul Hoq.
