Purpose of Rights Issues: To cope with the business growth, strengthen the capital base of the Company along with repayment of bank loan and land purchase. The Board has also recommended that the authorized capital will be increased to Tk. 300.00 crore only from existing Tk. 50.00 crore and amendment of Clause-V (cont.2)
