NPOLYMER Corporate Disclosure — 6 March 2023

Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'National Polymer Industries PLC.' instead of 'National Polymer Industries Ltd.' with effect from March 07, 2023. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেড (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। সেই অনুযায়ী কোম্পানির নাম হবে 'ন্যাশনাল পলিমার ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ পিএলসি।' 'ন্যাশনাল পলিমার ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 07 মার্চ, 2023 থেকে কার্যকর হবে। অন্যান্য জিনিস (নাম ছাড়া) অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
