The company has also informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the voluntary winding up of its subsidiary company named 'NPOLY TRADING LTD.'. Reason for winding up: Since the business of the said subsidiary company is no longer viable due to ongoing volatile business situation, the Board of Directors thinks it appropriate to wind up the same voluntarily.
