NRBCBANK Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of NRBCBANK): NOCFS has increased compared to previous year due to increase of cash flow from operating activities. Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: i. The retained amount of declared Stock Dividend will be used to strengthen the capital base of the Bank as per BASEL III which will also help to increase business capacity of the Bank. ii. Stock Dividend was declared out of accumulated profit. (cont.3)

(NRBCBANK-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): পরিচালন কার্যক্রম থেকে নগদ প্রবাহ বৃদ্ধির কারণে NOCFS আগের বছরের তুলনায় বেড়েছে। স্টক লভ্যাংশের সুপারিশে প্রকাশ: i. ঘোষিত স্টক ডিভিডেন্ডের রক্ষিত পরিমাণ ব্যাসেল III অনুযায়ী ব্যাঙ্কের মূলধনের ভিত্তি শক্তিশালী করতে ব্যবহার করা হবে যা ব্যাঙ্কের ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধিতেও সাহায্য করবে। ii. পুঞ্জীভূত লাভের বাইরে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা করা হয়। (চলমান 3)
