Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.04.2025 regarding reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1), the company has further informed that it has not yet received the necessary clearance from Bangladesh Bank regarding the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. As a result, the Company is currently unable to disseminate the relevant Price Sensitive Information (PSI) within the scheduled timeframe. (cont.)
