NTC Corporate Disclosure — 7 September 2022

(Continuation news of NTC): Investment Corporation of Bangladesh and Shadharon Bima Corporation will hold 51% of paid-up capital & the remaining 49% shares will be distributed among existing other directors and shareholders proportionately. It is also decided that in case of any shareholder director?s holding will fall below 2% after proportionately distribution, the shortage for holding 2% will be filled up by additional share distribution to the directors to comply with BSEC notification in (cont.2)

(এনটিসির ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): ইনভেস্টমেন্ট কর্পোরেশন অব বাংলাদেশ এবং শতরন বীমা কর্পোরেশন পরিশোধিত মূলধনের 51% ধারণ করবে এবং অবশিষ্ট 49% শেয়ার বর্তমান অন্যান্য পরিচালক এবং শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের মধ্যে আনুপাতিকভাবে বিতরণ করা হবে। এটিও সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে যে আনুপাতিকভাবে বিতরণের পরে কোনও শেয়ারহোল্ডারের পরিচালকের হোল্ডিং 2% এর নিচে নেমে গেলে, 2% হোল্ডিংয়ের ঘাটতি পরিচালকদের BSEC বিজ্ঞপ্তি মেনে চলার জন্য অতিরিক্ত শেয়ার বিতরণের মাধ্যমে পূরণ করা হবে (চলবে 2) )
