(Continuation news of NTC): decided that if any shareholder disagree to accept the proposed issuance of shares or remain Un-Subscribed then the existing directors may Subscribe the shares proportionately at the fixed issue price. After that, if also remains Un-Subscribed other interested shareholders may Subscribe to the shares proportionately. The company decided to pay bank loan of the company, generating working capital and development of tea garden and factories with the raised fund from (cont.4)
