NTC Corporate Disclosure — 12 September 2022

In response to a DSE query dated September 07, 2022, regarding clarification on recent news published in the newspaper namely "Prothom Alo" containing Price Sensitive Information regarding Capital Issue. The Company informed that they have already disclosed the information to the regulatory authorities regarding increase of Share Capital. The published news in the newspaper is different from the news disclosed by NTC. The Company also informed that they have no connection with the said published news.

07 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2022 তারিখে ডিএসইর একটি প্রশ্নের জবাবে, "প্রথম আলো" পত্রিকায় মূলধন ইস্যু সম্পর্কিত মূল্য সংবেদনশীল তথ্য সম্বলিত সাম্প্রতিক সংবাদের ব্যাখ্যা সম্পর্কে। কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে তারা ইতিমধ্যে শেয়ার মূলধন বৃদ্ধির বিষয়ে নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে তথ্য প্রকাশ করেছে। সংবাদপত্রে প্রকাশিত সংবাদ এনটিসি প্রকাশিত সংবাদের থেকে ভিন্ন। সংস্থাটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে উল্লিখিত প্রকাশিত সংবাদের সাথে তাদের কোনও সম্পর্ক নেই।
