NTC Corporate Disclosure — 14 August 2024

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2024 regarding resumption of subscription of the proposed capital raising of the company, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to extend the subscription closing date up to September 19, 2024 (During Banking hours). All other information of PSI disseminated by DSE on 17.04.2023 in this regard will remain unchanged.

কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত মূলধন বৃদ্ধির সাবস্ক্রিপশন পুনরায় শুরু করার বিষয়ে 19.06.2024 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ সদস্যতা শেষ হওয়ার তারিখ 19 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2024 পর্যন্ত বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে ( ব্যাঙ্কিংয়ের সময়)। এই বিষয়ে 17.04.2023 তারিখে DSE দ্বারা প্রচারিত PSI-এর অন্যান্য সমস্ত তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
