The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent to the company for an extension of time up to 31 March, 2025 for raising of capital of Tk. 279,70,02,000.00 only through issuance of 2,34,00,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 119.53 each only to the existing shareholders of the company on record date in cash consideration.
