NTC Corporate Disclosure — 7 October 2025

This refers to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission's Consent Letter dated 13 April 2023, and its subsequent extensions, regarding the raising of capital through the issuance of 2,34,00,000 ordinary shares. In this respect, the company has informed that they credited a further 1,87,03,376 ordinary shares on 30 September 2025 as per decision of the 690th Board Meeting of the company held on 28 September, 2025.
