(Correction): Mr. Mazibur Rahman Khan, one of the Directors (Public Shareholder Director) of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 50,000 shares out of his total holding of 52,272 shares of the Company to his wife, Mrs. Nasima Akter (20,000 shares) and two daughters, namely, Ms. Tanha Noor (15,000 shares) and Ms. Tahsin Samiha (15,000 shares), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
