Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 20.10.2025, the Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 28, 2025 at 6:00 as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

২০.১০.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের আলোকে, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর LR ১৯(১) অনুসারে, ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করার জন্য ২৮ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে ৬:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল এমন সভা স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ এবং সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
