OIMEX Corporate Disclosure — 15 October 2026

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণবশত, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশনস, ২০১৫-এর LR 19(1) অনুযায়ী ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য ১৫ অক্টোবর, ২০২৬ তারিখে সন্ধ্যা ৬:৩০ মিনিটে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য সভাটি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরবর্তীতে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
