The Company has informed that Board of Directors has taken decision to purchase total 48 (forty-eight) decimals land attached to the Boundary Wall of its Noodles, Snacks, Corrugated Carton & Battery factory at Kutubpur under Union Kanchpur, Upazilla Sonargaon in Narayanganj district for total consideration of BDT 7,20,00,000.00. The Company shall also bear more or less BDT 75,60,000.00 being the charges for Registration of Sale Deed(s) and other Miscellaneous expenses.
