The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has taken decision to purchase additional 16.00 Decimals land for total consideration of Tk. 60,00,000.00 @Tk. 3,75,000.00 per decimals land. Olympic Industries Limited shall also bear registration charges and other miscellaneous expenses of Tk.6,45,000.00 for purchase of above 16.00 decimals land.
