Mrs. Nurjehan Hudda, a Director of the company, has expressed her intention to transfer a total of 2,526,315 shares (5,00,000 shares, 6,86,778 shares and 13,39,537 shares respectively from three separate BO IDs) of the company to her son El Edross Hudda (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of DSE approval letter dated 20.02.2024.

কোম্পানির একজন পরিচালক মিসেস নুরজেহান হুদ্দা তার ছেলের কাছে কোম্পানির মোট 2,526,315 শেয়ার (5,00,000 শেয়ার, 6,86,778 শেয়ার এবং 13,39,537 শেয়ার যথাক্রমে তিনটি পৃথক বিও আইডি থেকে) হস্তান্তর করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন। এল এড্রস হুদ্দা (কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার), 20.02.2024 তারিখে ডিএসই অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহারের মাধ্যমে।
