(Continuation news of ONEBANKLTD): The Company also informed that disclosure on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock Dividend has been recommended for utilization of its retained amount as paid up capital to strengthen the Capital Base of the company under BASEL-III accord to be utilized for sustainability and expansion of business of the Bank.
