(Continuation news of ONEBANKLTD): Tk. 18.06 (restated) and Tk. 4.36 (restated) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2021. Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock Dividend has been recommended for utilization of its retained amount as paid up capital to strengthen the Capital Base of the company under BASEL-III accord to be utilized for sustainability and expansion of business of the company. ii) Stock Dividend has been declared out of accumulated profit of the company.
