ONEBANKPLC Corporate Disclosure — 10 May 2023

The auditor of the ONE Bank Limited has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 31 December 2022. "Emphasis of Matter: Without modifying our opinion, we are drawing attention to the following matters: 1. As disclosed in note no. 7.13 to the financial statements, the Bank explained the basis for measurement and recognition of provision required, maintained and the shortfall of provision against the loan and advances.
