As disclosed in note no. 13.3 to the financial statements, the Bank reported the Capital to Risk-Weighted Assets Ratio. As per BRPD Circular No. 18 dated 21 December 2014, the Bank had to maintain Minimum Total Capital plus Capital Conversation Buffer @ 12.50% both in the cases of Solo and Consolidated basis.
