(Continuation news of ONEBANKLTD): "Defined Contribution Plan" is a post-employment benefit plan under which an entity pays fixed contribution to a separate entity and will have no legal or constructive obligation to pay further amounts. Provident Fund benefits are given to the staff of the Bank in accordance with the Provident Fund Rules. The Commissioner of Income Tax has approved the Provident Fund as a recognized fund within the meaning of section 2(52) read with the provisions (cont.7)
