ONEBANKPLC Corporate Disclosure — 22 January 2024

Mrs. Farhat Yasmin, a Sponsor of the company, has expressed her intention to transfer 10,000,000 shares of the company to NCC Bank Ltd., Kawran Bazar Br. (Institute), in demat form, outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under regulation 47 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws within next 30 working days.

মিসেস ফারহাত ইয়াসমিন, কোম্পানির একজন স্পন্সর, কোম্পানির 10,000,000 শেয়ার এনসিসি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড, কাওরান বাজার Br-এ হস্তান্তর করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন। (ইনস্টিটিউট), ডিম্যাট আকারে, পরবর্তী 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাকরণ) প্রবিধান, 2015 এর প্রবিধান 47 এর অধীনে উপহারের উপায় ব্যতীত এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে এবং সেইসাথে অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য আইনের বাইরে।
