Referring to letter from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission Ref: BSEC/CI/CPLC(Public)-1051/2022-1106, dated December 22, 2022, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has taken decision to convert 10% stock dividend to 10% cash dividend i.e. total 20% cash dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders in the AGM to be held on December 28, 2022. The record date shall remain unchanged as December 04, 2022.
