ORIONINFU Approves Factory BMRE Investment

(Continuation news of ORIONINFU): BDT 10.00 (Ten) for each Rights Share, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing EGM, Bangladesh Securities and Exchanges Commission in compliance with the relevant laws and concerned Regulatory Authorities. The purpose of Rights issues for BMRE, Loan Payment etc. The Company has also informed that the Shareholders will be notified regarding the separate record date for the Rights Share entitlement after approval from BSEC.
