ORIONINFU Corporate Disclosure — 1 January 2026

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A3", long term rating is not applicable and "ST-4" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), bank liability as on 08/12/2025 and other information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স এন্টিটি রেটিং "A3" ঘোষণা করেছে, দীর্ঘমেয়াদী রেটিং প্রযোজ্য নয় এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদী রেটিং "ST-4" সহ স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি (অর্থবছর 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), 08/12/2025 তারিখের ব্যাংক দায় এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে ঘোষণা করেছে।
