(Continuation news of ORIONPHARM): Subsequently, both the companies signed the amended Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with BPDB on April 28, 2022 to be effective from March 24, 2022. Orion Pharma Ltd. being the Parent Company, the resuming of both the power plants will have a substantial positive impact on its profitability including EPS, NAV and NOCFPS. (end)
