ORIONPHARM Corporate Disclosure — 31 January 2023

(Continuation news of ORIONPHARM): revaluation surplus was Tk. 83.87 as on December 31, 2022 and Tk. 74.62 as on June 30, 2022. NOCFPS has increased significantly mainly due to increase in cash collection from customer. In corresponding period, the power plants were not in operation and accordingly there was no revenue generation as well as cash collection from these power plants. (cont.2)
