The Board of Directors of the company has considered and recommended the proposals for approval of the shareholders regarding Related Party Transactions for the financial year ended 2025 and the change of the Company's name from Orion Pharma Limited to Orion Pharma PLC to comply with the requirements of the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 dated November 26, 2020.
