Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration & EGM for Related Party Transactions and company name change, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue of the forthcoming AGM and EGM has been changed to " Extended Corporate Office: (3rd Floor) 1327 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208" from " Orion House, 153-154 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208".
