PADMAOIL Corporate Disclosure — 1 March 2022

The Company has informed as decided by its Board of Directors that an agreement has been signed between Padma Oil Company Limited and LUKOIL Marine Lubricants DMCC, Registered office: 1506-1507, 15th Floor, JBC-4 Tower, Cluster N; JUMERIAH LAKE TOWERS, DUBAI, UAE on 28/02/2022 at 5.00 pm to market LUKOIL brand lubricants. The Company has further informed that due to the signed agreement the Company's income from lubricants sales will increase subject to sales of LUKOIL lubricants.

কোম্পানি তার পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী জানিয়েছে যে পদ্মা অয়েল কোম্পানি লিমিটেড এবং LUKOIL মেরিন লুব্রিকেন্টস DMCC, নিবন্ধিত অফিস: 1506-1507, 15th Floor, JBC-4 টাওয়ার, ক্লাস্টার এন-এর মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে; LUKOIL ব্র্যান্ডের লুব্রিকেন্ট বাজারজাত করতে 28/02/2022 বিকাল 5.00 টায় জুমেরিয়াহ লেক টাওয়ারস, দুবাই, ইউএই। কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে স্বাক্ষরিত চুক্তির কারণে লুব্রিকেন্ট বিক্রয় থেকে কোম্পানির আয় LUKOIL লুব্রিকেন্ট বিক্রয় সাপেক্ষে বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
