The auditor of the Padma Oil Co. Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Emphasis of Matters: We draw attention following matters of the financial statements; 1. We draw attention to Note: 22 "Unclaimed Dividend" of the financial statements, which describes that the Company has transferred an amount of Tk. 124,956,044.90 on 27 September 2021 to Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (cont.1)
