The auditor of the Paramount Insurance Company Ltd has given the "Emphasis of matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. Emphasis of matter: 1. We draw attention to Note 2.14 (c) of the Financial Statements, which describes the reason for not establishing Workers Profit Participation Fund by the Company according to Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (as amended in 2013).
