(Continuation news of PDL): The company makes a regular allocation of 5% on net profit before tax to these funds and payment is made to the workers as per provision of Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 (Amended 2018) instead of Labor Act 2006 as amended in 2013. Although government portion of WPPF is yet to be made but we are in the process of payment and hopefully will pay as soon as possible. (end)
